The People Behind the Experience
Meet the artists, educators, and wellness professionals bringing this weekend to life.
Featured Guest Artist
Kathryn Morgan
Professional Ballerina · Educator · Judge · Advocate
Kathryn Morgan is a professional ballerina, educator, judge,
content creator, and one of ballet’s most distinctive contemporary
voices. She began her professional career with New York City Ballet
in 2006 and was promoted to soloist in 2009, performing featured
roles in works by George Balanchine, Jerome Robbins, Christopher
Wheeldon, Peter Martins, and other major choreographers.
Her career took an extraordinary turn when an autoimmune illness
forced her away from the stage in 2012. Seven years later, Kathryn
completed a remarkable return to professional ballet as a soloist
with Miami City Ballet, a journey that transformed her perspective
on resilience, identity, body image, mental well-being, and what a
sustainable life in dance can look like.
Today, Kathryn’s influence reaches far beyond the stage. Through
teaching, coaching, judging, digital education, and Kathryn Morgan
& Friends, she has built a community centered on the belief that
dancers deserve rigorous, beautiful training without losing the
joy, individuality, and humanity that brought them to dance in the
first place. Her rare combination of elite professional experience,
artistry, candor, and advocacy makes her an especially meaningful
voice for a weekend devoted to the whole dancer.
Cammi Welch
Contemporary Artist · Choreographer · Educator
Cammi Welch is a contemporary artist, choreographer, and educator with experience spanning concert dance, commercial performance, film, and interdisciplinary work. Her performance background includes work with artists and companies such as Martha Graham Dance Company, Koresh Dance, Parsons Dance, and Sweetbird Productions, with international touring experience in Europe. As an educator and choreographer, Cammi brings a strong sense of musicality, athleticism, emotional clarity, and creative exploration to her work, encouraging dancers to develop both technical depth and an individual artistic voice.
Ahoo Sarab
Founder, Yogini & Wellness Educator
Ahoo Sarab is an international yoga educator, lifelong practitioner, and founder of Korsi Yoga + Juice. With more than 35 years of practice, her work spans yoga, movement, meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork. Her approach brings together ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to help people cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Jonathan Adams
Founder, Sonic Yogi | Musician & Sound Therapy Practitioner
Jonathan Adams is a professional musician and the founder of Sonic Yogi, a project born from his own experience navigating severe anxiety and discovering the powerful role music could play in relaxation and healing. Since 2012, he has explored the therapeutic potential of music and vibrational sound, creating immersive experiences designed to support relaxation, stress reduction, meditation, and overall well-being.
Sarah Pierce, MSW
Therapist | Mental Health & Wellness
Sarah is a therapist with dance training and experience who believes healing happens when the mind and body are viewed as one system. Her work focuses on self-esteem, emotional regulation, stress and anxiety management, chronic illness and pain, mindfulness, managing interpersonal relationships, and cultivating a deeper connection with oneself. She helps individuals develop practical tools for navigating emotions, reducing stress, and fostering self-compassion, confidence, and balance. She strives to create a collaborative therapeutic space where people can explore healing, self-expression, and well-being in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Liz Krakovski, MA, NCC
Mental Health Therapist
Liz helps people align with their values and discover their true identity, a calling rooted in her own experience as an identical twin and a first-generation American. She specializes in working with adults and teens navigating life transitions, grief and loss, burnout, and anxiety. Her relational approach is grounded in each individual’s story and draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Adlerian Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy.
